Easter programme 2012
Another successful Easter programme has gone by and without a doubt we had a great bunch of people on board this year. Everyone worked very hard over Easter and as a result many awards were scooped up by the students at the awards ceremony!
The awards its self was held in the prime location of Shoreditch in east London (current place to be!). With champagne flowing upon arrival, the awards ceremony was a great success as all the students received the rewards and recognition they deserved after their hard work and achievements.
There were a number of stars in particular who really stuck their neck out this Easter and got some smashing results. The winners of the ‘1st Period Record’ competition were Edward Jessop (fundraiser) and Glen Forbes (Junior Manager). The person who showed the best improvement was Jacob Nash (Fundraiser). Jacob was also awarded winner for the ‘Final Period Record’ competition alongside Christian Gibbons (Senior Manager).
We also had some Bronze, Silver and Gold award winners! Well done to Edward woodhouse-Darry and Isobel Chappel who won the Bronze award. Jeri Smith-Cronin and Fiona James won silver, and Christian Gibbons, Phil Tapping, Edward Jessop and Jacob Nash all won Gold!
Overall, results from this Easter were absolutely fantastic. Everyone certainly earnt the after party that followed! Once everyone had been awarded, we all hit Vibe Bar where the celebrations truly began! Champions Life Academy scoop up another award (second year running!) at the NCWE awards 2012
This year we attended the NCWE awards ceremony alongside hundreds of other organisations such as IBM, Fujitsu and Microsoft. For the second year in a row we scooped up first place and were awarded winners of the ‘Best Micro Enterprise’!
Al Brown (Co-founder and Director) and Alex Merry (Programme Director) were over the moon to have received an additional piece of silverware since the 2012 RateMyPlacement awards! With two awards already in the bag, this year is certainly striving to be a particularly good one!
